A deposit of 50% of the rental is required when making a booking. We may request a deposit for food and other special requests.

Payment must be made in the local currency which is Thai Baht.

Please allow plenty of time when making a booking to avoid disappointment. The first to pay a FULL deposit gets the booking (no exceptions)

Once booked a refund will only be given if we are able to find another customer for that booking period.

If the boat is booked at short notice (a period of three days or less) and is canceled for whatever reason during that period the deposit is forfeited.

We recommend a maximum of 35 people for your comfort. For sleepovers we rcommend a maximum of 10 people.

A 1.000 Thai Baht refundable deposit for any loss or damage to the boat or equipment is required with the balance before the boat leaves the pier.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in unfavorable weather conditions or if directed by authorities.

No refund is given due to weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.) at the time of or during a rental period. Refunds are not given in circumstances beyond our control.

We accept no responsibility for any accidents, loss or damage to personal property.

We reserve the right to make any changes on our web site including prices, terms or conditions. Prices are indicative only and represent the minimum price only.

The boat may be required to anchor in shallow waters during times of bad weather.

We don't carry a supply of small size life jackets so may we suggest if you are bringing a small child on board, that they have one.

The captain of the boat will have the final say on any decision. This is for your own safety.
