A 20% deposit is required when making booking for the boat.

Payment must be made in the local currency which is Thai Baht.

Please allow plenty of time when making a booking to avoid disappointment, a period of one weeks notice is required when making bookings.

Notification of cancellation must be received three days prior to use of the boat or the deposit is forfeited.

If the boat is booked at short notice (a period of three days or less) and is canceled for whatever reason during that period the deposit is forfeited.

We recommend a maximum of 25 to 30 people for your comfort.

A 1.000 Thai Baht refundable deposit for any loss or damage to the boat or equipment is required with the balance before the boat leaves the pier.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in unfavorable weather conditions.

No refund is given due to weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.) at the time of or during a rental period.

We accept no responsibility for any accidents, loss or damage to personal property.

We reserve the right to make any changes on our web site including prices, terms or conditions.

The boat may be required to anchor in shallow waters during times of bad weather.

We don't carry a supply of small size life jackets so may we suggest if you are bringing a small child on board, that they have one.

The captain of the boat will have the final say on any decision. This is for your own safety.
